Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?

We are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction... So we offer exchanges on shoes, making sure they will properly fit, at no additional fee to the customer.

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the item is in brand new condition. Shoes must have hangtags attached.

Items eligible for return or exchange must be within 30 days of delivery.

Please allow up to 10 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives back to our facility. You will receive email confirmation back from us once the return/exchange is processed.

Any customers dissatisfied with their purchase should contact our customer service team. If an exchange is not an acceptable option, returns will be charged a standard 15% restocking fee, plus freight cost, assuming shoes are in original box and unused.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

If for any reason you receive a damaged or incorrect item, an exchange or refund is in order. We stand by the quality of our shoes, so will rectify any manufacturing defects within 30 days of delivery, for normally worn shoes. Please contact us and we will work with you to quickly resolved the situation.

Holiday Shipping

For standard shipping please place your order by 12/15 11:59 CST in order to ensure delivery by by 12/24 - as typical shipping time is anywhere from 3-7 business days.

Expedited shipping is available - orders will need to be placed by 12/17 11:59CST h in order to receive by 12/24.  - Please note With expedited shipping Skuze will contact you directly to receive approval for rushed fees and additional shipping charges.

Do you ship orders internationally outside the United States?

International shipping is available. Please contact us at info@skuzeshoes.com for the shipping rates that would apply to you location. We strive to offer all shipping options for our international consumers.
