FREE SHIPPING
We offer FREE ground shipping within the U.S. on orders over $75. Products ordered with ground shipping normally arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Our warehouse is located in Fernley, Nevada. We ship orders between 8am and 5pm (PST) Monday through Friday. All orders are shipped within 2-7 business days* unless otherwise noted. 

*Due to high order volumes during holidays, order processing may take up to 7 business days.

Returns

What's your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, unworn, eligible* items within 90 days for a refund of your purchase price.

How do refunds work?

Once your items arrive at our warehouse, your refund will be initiated immediately. All refunds are credited back to the card used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to one billing cycle for the credit to be issued to your credit card account.

Issuing store credit is final.
