Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?

We are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction... So we offer exchanges on shoes, making sure they will properly fit, while also covering outbound shipping fees to the customer.

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the item is in brand new condition. Shoes must have hangtags attached.

Please ship any shoes to Skuze Shoes: 2301 NW 33rd Ct. Unit 104  Pompano Beach, FL. 33069. We recommend using USPS Regular Priority Mail for the least expensive option, link here - https://www.usps.com/ship/priority-mail.htm - Be sure to include the packing slip so we can confirm your order info, and if applicable, what shoe replacement style and size you would like.

Items eligible for return or exchange must be within 30 days of delivery.

Please allow up to 10 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives back to our facility. You will receive email confirmation back from us once the return/exchange is processed.

Any customers dissatisfied with their purchase should contact our customer service team. If an exchange is not an acceptable option, returns will be charged a standard 15% restocking fee, plus freight cost, assuming shoes are in original box and unused. This applies to orders made via PayPal as well.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

If for any reason you receive a damaged or incorrect item, an exchange or refund is in order. We stand by the quality of our shoes, so will rectify any manufacturing defects within 30 days of delivery, for unworn shoes. Please contact us and we will work with you to quickly resolved the situation.

Do you ship orders internationally outside the United States?

International shipping is available. Please contact us at info@skuzeshoes.com for the shipping rates that would apply to you location. We strive to offer all shipping options for our international consumers.
